1. Service Operator

InkMorph (inkmorph.com) is an AI-powered language learning platform. For questions or concerns, contact us at support@inkmorph.com.

2. Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you make a purchase, you enter into a direct relationship with Paddle as the legal seller. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and payment processing.

3. License to Use

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased content through the InkMorph platform. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content.

4. AI-Generated Content

InkMorph uses artificial intelligence to analyze text and generate images. AI-generated content may be unpredictable and vary between sessions. InkMorph does not guarantee specific results from AI generation. The visual mutations, narrative responses, and language analysis are provided for educational and entertainment purposes.

5. User Content

Text that you enter during gameplay is processed through third-party AI services for grammar analysis and image generation. By using the service, you acknowledge that your text input will be transmitted to these AI providers for processing. InkMorph does not use your gameplay text for purposes other than delivering the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or usage limits
• Use the service to generate offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Age Requirement

The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian review these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

InkMorph may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkMorph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
