1. Payment Processing
All payments on InkMorph are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which serves as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Submit a request through paddle.net
- Email us at support@inkmorph.com
3. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
4. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product does not work as described
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content
- You are not satisfied with the product
5. Digital Content
InkMorph offers digital products. If you have accessed the purchased content and begun a quest, InkMorph reserves the right to assess the refund request on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to treating every request fairly and will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
6. Paddle's Role
As Merchant of Record, Paddle makes the final decision on all refund requests. Paddle processes refunds in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
